Data Protection Complaints

The University is committed to complying with its obligations under the UK GDPR and other data protection legislation. We welcome any comments and feedback that individuals might have about the way we handle their personal data.

We recognise that sometimes, individuals may have concerns that their personal data has not been handled correctly. Please email the Information Governance Team if you wish to complain about the processing of your personal data. For example, you may wish to contact us if:

  • You are unhappy with the response you have received to a subject access request
  • You think your personal data has been shared inappropriately
  • You are concerned about the security measures in place to protect your personal data

Please provide as much detail as possible to allow us to look into your concern.
