Records of Processing

The University publishes three main Records of Processing to support the Privacy Notices as follows:

• Staff Record of Processing – this applies to all employees (including sessional, temporary and associate staff, external examiners, workers and contractors). 
• Student Record of Processing – this applies to all current students, prospective students and graduates
• Research Participant, Supporters and Visitors – this applies to all research participants, supporters of the University, Alumni, visitors to the University, users of University facilities, attendees at University events either held at the University or elsewhere, and members of various groups associated with the University.

The Records of Processing should be read in conjunction with the relevant Privacy Notice.

Any queries relating to the Records of Processing should be referred to the Data Protection Officer.
